We really had no idea how much filing bankruptcy would help us until we finally decided to consult with Jeremy Peck. We knew we needed help with credit card debt. But we also owed back taxes to the IRS and FTB that we had been trying to pay through an installment plan but after a few years very little of the taxes were getting paid because most of the payment was going toward the interest and penalties. Jeremy explained that we could pay the taxes through a Chapter 13 plan whereby we wouldn’t have to pay the interest or penalties – only the principle. I’m halfway through the my Chapter 13 and so far so good. The entire experience isn’t nearly as bad as we thought it might be. We highly recommend Jeremy Peck if you’re considering filing bankruptcy.
